Hours
by Appointment - Patients anticipating the use of general
anesthesia must not take any food or fluids by mouth for 6
hours prior to their visit. Please have a responsible adult
accompany you.
1. From NJ
- 287 East to exit 8W, make a left at the light onto Bloomingdale
Rd. Make a right at the next light (Nieman Marcus & Fortunoff) onto Maple Ave. Go to the 9th light. We are located
on the right corner - Maple & Davis Ave. next to White Plains
Hosp.
2. From 684
- 287 West to exit 8, go straight bear left at the fork for
3/4 mile. Make a left at the 3rd light onto Bloomingdale Road.
Make a right at the 2nd light - Maple Ave. proceed as in #
1.
3. Sprain Brook,
Saw Mill River & Taconic Parkways- to 287 East & continue
as in # 1.
4. Hutchinson River
Parkway - to 287 West & continue as in # 2.
5. Bronx River
Parkway North - to Exit 21, make a right at the 1st light
onto Main St. Go to the 2nd light and make a right onto S.
Lexington Ave. At the 5th light, make a left onto Maple Avenue.
We are located one block on the left.
6. Bronx River
Parkway South - to the County Center. Make a right at
the light and a left at the next light onto Route 119. To
the 5th light S. Lexington Ave-continue as in # 5.
7. NYC-East Side
- FDR (N) to Major Deegan (N). To the NYS Thruway (87) to
287 East, continue as in # 1.
8. NYC - West Side
- Westside Highway to Henry Hudson Pkwy (N). Exit at the Saw
Mill River Parkway to exit # 20 - 287 E - continue as # 1
9. Long
Island - Throgs Neck Bridge to 95N (New England
Thruway). Exit at # 21 - 287 W and proceed as # 2.
Parking is available
in the White Plains Hospital Parking Lot on Davis Avenue;
Municipal Lots are located on Maple Avenue, one block before
