Oral and Maxillofacial surgery is a specialty that diagnoses and treats problems of the jaws, mouth, facial bones, face and related structures.
In addition to four years of dental school, our doctors have an additional four years of extensive surgical training in an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical residency training program. Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons can offer a wide variety of surgical services from routine 3rd molar surgery to implant rehabilitation and joint reconstructive surgery.
