Elderly patients are more susceptible to oral conditions due to age related diseases, functional changes and chronic conditions. The dental concerns and needs of geriatric patients are changing and growing every day. Our surgeons and professional staff here at Westchester Implant and Oral Surgery Group are highly skilled, understanding, well trained and caring to the special needs of mature patients. We promote oral health care for our older patients and have the ability to treat and manage the medical and dental aspects of aging. We will observe and respond to the oral health changes associated with aging appropriately with each individual after reviewing a health history, up to date medication list and a performing a full examination. We will also work together with you and your doctors in order to provide you with the best treatment and education. Our office is wheelchair accessible and our operatories are designed for easy access.
